1. Introduction

Welcome to Yumm Yummy (yumm-yummy.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Yumm Yummy website and services, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the website (the "Service").

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Yumm Yummy, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as follows:

  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.

7. Subscription and Payment

Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for a subscription and will cover the use of that service for the period indicated.

Subscription fees are not refundable. We reserve the right to change subscription fee pricing at any time, but we will notify you before any price changes affect your subscription.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service, or notify us at support[at]yumm-yummy[dot]com.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

YUMM YUMMY DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE ACCURACY, LIKELY RESULTS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS ON THE SERVICE OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO SUCH MATERIALS OR ON ANY SITES LINKED TO THE SERVICE.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL YUMM YUMMY OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS ON THE SERVICE, EVEN IF YUMM YUMMY OR A YUMM YUMMY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ORALLY OR IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

All information on the Service is provided in good faith, however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on the Service.

We specifically advise users to exercise caution when using AI-generated recipes available through our Service. While we strive to provide helpful AI-generated content, these recipes may contain errors, inconsistencies, or inappropriate ingredient combinations.
